The CircEdu project continues to move forward with solid progress across project management and WP2 activities. Here's a quick look at the latest developments:

Key Highlights:

Project Management:
All key plans and templates—including the Project Management Plan, Dissemination Plan, Risk and Quality Plans, and Timesheet Template—are now available on the drive.
Travel documents from the Kick-Off Meeting in Germany have been uploaded, with Bulgaria and Portugal still pending.
Kick-Off Meeting Evaluation has been completed—thank you to everyone who participated.

Communication:
All partners successfully shared the first newsletter using the official template. Great job on the outreach!

WP2 – Capacity Building Program:
The study on Circular Economy in secondary school education is on track for completion by the end of April. Translations will follow in May.
Desk research and curriculum analysis are progressing well, with contributions from all partners.
Teacher surveys are ongoing—partners are encouraged to boost participation. New deadline: April 6, 2025.
A coordination meeting is scheduled for April 14 to review next steps.
Country-level summaries on CE practices in education will be finalized by the end of April.
