Our school environment and local community have "hidden waste" high-quality leather scraps from local equestrian/stable equipment and aged, damaged books. The challenge is to shift our perspective from seeing "trash" to seeing "raw material." We aim to design and produce high-end, functional items like keychains, bracelets, and book-art while reflecting on the value of raw materials.
