School of Tomorrow
  1. Gaining insight into a school that is strongly influenced by its students (knowledge).
  2. Evaluating the students’ own school and engaging with different opinions (judgment skills, social skills, multiple perspectives)
  3. Independently and creatively developing solutions to jointly defined problems and challenges and planning their implementation (action competence, methodological competence). In doing so, the students experience democratic co-determination at school (democratic competence) and learn that they can help shape their own immediate environment (self-efficacy). Participants are encouraged to make use of their own creative freedom (motivation).
